At Percent Science, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please review the conditions below for more details.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all packaging intact. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will require photos of both the damaged shipping packaging and the product itself to process the return. Damaged items must be returned in thneir original packaging. Please note that sample products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For opened products, please contact our customer care team at cs@percentscience.com for further assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. This period includes time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), process the return (3 to 5 business days), and for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days). In most cases, refunds will be issued more quickly.

Damaged Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any potential damage. While some wear to the shipping carton is expected, any damage to the items inside should be reported immediately. Retain the packaging and contact us with your order number, email address, and phone number for the fastest resolution.
