Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Complimentary Shipping via UPS Ground (U.S. Orders Only)

  • USPS Priority Shipping

Express orders are processed the same day if received before 1 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
All shipments are delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends).

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
    Some methods may not be available for all shipping locations.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping- For South Korea and USA(expedited shipping in the USA may cost extra).

Other countries- Flat $25 shipping charges for all other countries.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because the customer does not respond to delivery attempts, customs requests, or other notifications from the carrier, the package will be considered unclaimed.

Orders returned due to the customer’s failure to respond or complete the required delivery or customs procedures are not eligible for a refund. This includes failure to provide requested information or pay applicable customs duties or fees.

No refund will be issued for unclaimed or refused packages returned for these reasons.
